SETTING: Dragonland

CHARACTERS:• Godermo the Golden Dragon• Crowy the King• Buly the Prince• Ly the Blue Knight• Doopie the Green Knight• Malos the Rebel Knight• Sowier the Fire Dragon

BACKGROUND:  In hell, a Fire Dragon named Sowier has wanted to take over the world for his entire life. He spends his day making his demon army stronger. Meanwhile in the Sky, a god (with no name) watches over the Land to make sure everyone is okay. He spends his mornings with his Thunder Dragon (also with no name.) During the afternoons,he makes his Angel Army stronger. The Land is peaceful, and Crowy is the King. He is a kind and fair ruler. Buly, the Prince, is his son. The castle is guarded by Ly the Blue Knight (at the drawbridge) and Doopie the Green Knight (by the throne.) Most importantly, Godermo the Golden Dragon (a vegetarian) lives in a cave in the mountains right outside the village, not far from the castle.

ACT I – THE LAND

It’s a warm, beautiful day in the Land. Godermotends to his crops. Everyone in the kingdom is enjoying the beautiful weather. Even so, everyone is nervous because today is the date that the evil dragon Sowier traditionally comes to the Land to attack with his army.

Buly:  Good day, Malos! How are you?

Malos: Hi, I’m a little bored today.

Buly: Why is that?

Malos: There is just not a lot going on today.

Buly: Oh, but wait! Do you know what DAY is TODAY?

Malos: I already know that today is when Sowiercomes to attack our king, but what are we going to do while we wait?

Buly: Maybe we can spend our time setting traps for the demons like water buckets; demons disappear when they touch water.

Malos: Okay, let’s get to work!

ACT II – THE SKY

Crowy the King, transports himself using the Sky Portal to meet with the Sky God over concerns of the upcoming invasion.

Crowy: I think we should turn the iron swords of the Warrior Angels into diamond swords.

The Sky God: That’s a good idea. We can try, but that is going to take some time. Finding that many diamonds in the mines will be hard.

Crowy: I know, but it’s a matter of life or death! Protect yourself or be ruled over!

ACT III – BACK ON THE LAND

While working in the field, Godermo is picking his carrots when he notices that one of them had been burned. He soon realizes that is was an act of the demons.

Godermo: I must warn the king!

He flies and flies to the castle, but the king isn’t there.

Buly: What are you doing here, Godermo?

Godermo: I have an important message for the king!

Buly: The king isn’t here. You can say it to me.

Godermo: The demons may be coming sooner than we thought!!

ACT IV: IN THE HELL

Sowier: We must prepare for the surprise attack!  Archers, how are you doing?

Archers: We think we are doing well!

Sowier: Show me!

Archers: Here it goes!

The Archers pull back their bows and FIRE! Not one archer missed the bullseye of the target.

ACT V:  THE FIRST FIGHT

Back at the land, Crowy has returned, and Buly tells him of the news from Godermo of the pending attack. They soon find out that the warning was correct. Normally the demons attack at 12:00 noon. This time they came at 5:00 in the afternoon to surprise them. By this time, Crowy thinks the coast is clear. When the clock strikes five o’clock, Crowylooks out of the window of the castle and can’t believe his eyes. Sowier is coming through the portal! Crowy quickly sounds the warning horns, but the castle is not ready.

Sowier and his demons enter the kingdom at full strength. The only thing that can stop him now is another dragon.

ACT VI – HIS FIRST TIME

Meanwhile, Godermo is back at his cave. Crowyapproaches the cave somehow undetected by the demons.

Crowy (whispering): Godermo. Godermo! We need your help!

Godermo: Why?

Crowy: Another dragon is the only thing that can stop this attack.

Godermo: Why would you come to me?

Crowy: You’re the only peaceful dragon in this kingdom.

Then Godermo rolls his eyes. There was silence for a moment.

Crowy: The castle is burning down, and we need your skills to get Sowier!

Godermo: But I don’t know how to fight.

Crowy: We can train you, but for now, you’ll have to do your best.

Godermo: As long as you train me after this fight.

Crowy: Deal.

Godermo: Deal!

ACT VII – HERE IT GOES

Godermo swoops through the air while Crowy rides on his back.

Crowy: There he is! (pointing to Sowier.)

Here it goes!

Godermo tries to launch a fireball. It works, but it is kind of small.

Crowy: That will do for now.

Sowier:  You came here to DIE!

Godermo: You’re trying to scare us because you’re a COWARD!

Sowier: COWARD?! I’ll show you who is a coward!

Sowier swoops around and create a wave of wind to push them back, but that doesn’t work. It only makes Godermo even angrier!

Crowy: ATTACK!!!

Godermo breaks through the whirlwind easily and whips Sowier with his tail with extreme force.

Sowier: I will take over the land, but not today! RETREAT!!!

Sowier and his demon army flee through the portal back to Hell.

ACT VIII – THE TRAINING

Back at the castle, Ly, Malos, and Doopie were able to put out the fire.

Crowy: Godermo, you fought well, but you still need your training in order to teach you how to really fight.

Godermo: But, how do you know how to teach a dragon how to fight?

Crowy: My friend, the god, grew and raised a thunder dragon. He taught me everything I need to know in order to train a dragon. Let’s hurry before they get back!

Crowy sets up ten fake demons made of hay all around the training area for target practice. He runs Godermo through a series of exercises to sharpen his aim at launching fireballs. Godermo misses four out of ten.

Crowy: You’re pretty good, but not quite good enough. Let’s try and run it again.

Godermo tries three more time to hit them all, and he can’t do it.

Godermo: Sowier made it look so easy.

Crowy: Let’s just try one more time, ok?

Godermo: Ok.

On the fifth time, he doesn’t think he is going to make it, but he does! Hard work really pays off.

ACT IX – NOWHERE TO HIDE

After Godermo concludes his training, he is ready to fight Sowier once and for all.

Crowy: Are you ready?!

Godermo: Never better.

Crowy: Then let’s GO!

Godermo: You got it!!!

Crowy, Ly, Doopie, and Malos all fly from the castle on Godermo’s back. When they get to the Hell portal they quickly find out that Sowier was ready and waiting. Now the battle between Godermo and Sowier begins. Sowier has nowhere to hide.

ACT X – THE FINAL BATTLE

As Godermo, Crowy, Ly, Doupie, and Malosapproach, Sowier shouts out:

Sowier: Attack, my demon army, ATTACK!!!

Crowy: Doopie, you take care of the normal demons. Ly, you take care of the archers. Malos, you get the swordsmen. I’ll try to take down the Demon Flag. Godermo, you go after Sowier.

Sowier and Godermo prepare to fight.

Sowier: You think you can beat me, you stupido.

Godermo: Give up! I have the high ground!

Sowier: You underestimate my power.

Godermo: You overestimate YOUR power!

Godermo and Sowier launch their fireballs. (Godermo’s fire was HUGE in comparison to Sowier’s.) Then, they start to use their sharp tails as swords.

Sowier: Give up, and go home, Godermo. You cannot win!

Godermo: Maybe, but your chances of winning are 359 to 1.

They both do critical damage to each other’s tails. Then, they launch their fire streams at each other.  Sowier’s stream is fierce, but it is no match for Godermo. All of the fighting has unlocked his secret golden stage. He launches his fire stream, and Sowier turns into solid GOLD! Without Sowier’spowers, the Hell Castle crumbles to bits and the demon army turns into water.

ACT XI – THE BETRAYAL

When they got back to the land, the villagers ask what happened during the battle.

Godermo: I turned Sowier into solid gold. Without him, his castle crumbled and the demons are no more.

Then the villagers grab Godermo and hoist him into the air repeatedly in celebration of defeating Sowier. Each time he goes upward he launches fireballs into the sky, and they explode like fireworks. The celebration goes on for a whole hour.

When they get back to the castle, Malos carries Sowier as prize signifying the defeat of the demons and takes it to the basement. When he places it down, Malos hears a voice coming from the golden statue. Sowier is STILL ALIVE!!! The eyes of the statue turn a glowing red. For a moment Malos has no idea what is happening, but before he knew, he is filled with hatred!

Sowier’s Golden Statue: Keep this a secret…if anyone asks, none of this happened.

Malos: Yes, Master.

(Suspenseful Note Plays)

ACT XII – THE END?

Malos now has a secret mission to find three special crystals that when mixed together will release Sowier. When Malos comes out of the basement, Godermo is there with a smile on his face.

Malos: Hey Godermo, how are you?

Godermo: I’m all right, all right, all right! What were you doing in the basement?

Malos: Just putting Sowier’s golden statue in a safe place.

Godermo: Cool. I’m so relieved that Sowier is gone for good.

Malos: Yeah, me too.

Godermo flies out of the castle. An evil smile appears on Malos’s face.

Malos: (evil giggle)

THE END?
